
ABOUT THE COMPLETION PROCESS
Every part of you that has been in pain is ready to be seen, heard, and held. The Completion Process is a guided, compassionate way to reconnect with those parts and bring lasting healing.
The key to healing is to experience the opposite of abandonment and to offer presence to the parts of you that were left alone in pain.
In my sessions, I gently guide you to connect with those inner parts, usually inner children, that are still carrying the emotions, memories, and unmet needs from your past. Rather than trying to fix or suppress what hurts, we turn toward it with empathy and curiosity.
As a Completion Process Facilitator, I hold a safe, supportive space where you can journey inward to meet the aspects of yourself that have been disconnected or forgotten.
The Completion Process is a guided inner experience that helps you trace current emotional triggers back to their original root, often in childhood, so those experiences can finally be felt, understood, and integrated.
This work allows you to reclaim your inner wholeness and create lasting emotional relief through connection rather than avoidance.

Completion Process
We begin with an emotion or trigger that feels strong in the present moment and gently follow it back to its root. Together, we meet the younger part of you that first felt this pain, offering presence, understanding, and validation. By listening and meeting that part’s unmet needs, healing unfolds naturally, bringing relief, integration, and a deep sense of wholeness.

Parts Work
Have you ever felt pulled in different directions inside yourself? In a Parts Work session, we gently explore the different sides of you that feel in conflict or oppose one another. We give each part space to be seen, heard, and understood, helping them express their needs, release what they no longer need, and find balance. This process brings clarity, inner harmony, and a stronger connection to your true self.

Discovery Call
In a Discovery Call, you will get to know me. You can ask your questions about the work, and learn how a Completion Process or Parts Work session could support your healing or if it is right for you. It’s also an opportunity to see if we’re a good fit and feel confident about taking the next step.
